- How quickly will I get a reply?
- We aim to respond to support emails within 1-2 business days. Safety and fraud reports are prioritised.
- Where can I report a suspicious listing?
- Use Report a Problem, or the report option on the listing itself. Our moderation team reviews every report.
- Does Vuxsy handle payments between buyers and sellers?
- No. Vuxsy connects local buyers and sellers; payment for items is arranged directly between users. Only promoted-listing fees are paid to Vuxsy.
