We collect data you provide (such as your email, display name, listings, messages and support requests), data created as you use Vuxsy (such as favourites, saved searches and listing views), and limited technical data (such as device and usage information and cookies - see our Cookie Policy). Payment for promoted listings is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

We use your data to provide and secure the marketplace, show and rank listings, enable messaging between users, process promoted-listing payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the service.

We rely on: performance of our contract with you (to run your account and listings); our legitimate interests (to keep the platform safe and improve it); your consent (for optional cookies and marketing); and legal obligations (such as responding to lawful requests).

We share data with service providers who help us operate Vuxsy (such as hosting, infrastructure and payments) under appropriate safeguards, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data. Some profile and listing information is, by design, visible to other users.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
