Help us keep Ireland's marketplace safe. If something isn't right, let us know and our Trust & Safety team will review it.
What you can report
Report listings or users for scams or fraud, prohibited or unsafe items, misleading or fake listings, harassment or abusive messages, and spam. If you're unsure, report it anyway - we'd rather check.
How to report
The quickest way is the report option directly on a listing or chat, which tells us exactly what you're flagging. For anything else, or to give more detail, contact our support team and choose "Report a Listing" or "Safety & Fraud" as the reason.
What happens next
Reports are confidential. Our moderation team reviews each one and may hide a listing, warn or suspend an account, or remove a user, in line with our Trust & Safety policies. Safety and fraud reports are prioritised.
In an emergency
If you believe you're in immediate danger or a crime is in progress, contact An Garda Síochána on 999 or 112. Then report it to us so we can act on the account or listing.
