Anyone can report a listing, message or user that breaks our rules using Report a Problem or the report option on a listing or chat. Reports are confidential and help us act quickly.

Our moderation team reviews reported content and takes action - from hiding a listing to suspending an account - based on our policies. Repeat or serious violations lead to removal from the platform.

Listings are checked against our rules on prohibited and unsafe items. Inaccurate, misleading or banned listings can be removed, and sellers may be asked to make changes before a listing is restored.

We monitor for scam patterns and educate users with clear safety tips. Because Vuxsy doesn't handle payments between users, keeping deals local and in-person is the best protection against fraud.

Protect your account with a strong, unique password and never share login codes. If you notice anything unusual, contact us straight away. We'll never ask for your password by email or message.
