- Is Vuxsy free to use?
- Yes. Joining, browsing, posting listings and messaging are free. Promoting a listing for extra visibility is the only paid feature.
- How do I sell an item?
- Tap Sell an Item, add photos, a title, condition, price and location, then publish. You can edit or remove it any time from Your Listings.
- How do buyers contact me?
- Through Vuxsy messaging. You're notified of new messages and can reply from your inbox - keeping chats on Vuxsy is safer.
- Does Vuxsy handle payments?
- No. Payment for items is arranged directly between buyer and seller. The only payments to Vuxsy are for optional promoted listings.
- How do I stay safe?
- Meet in public, inspect items in person, prefer cash on collection and report anything suspicious. See our safety guide for details.
- How do I promote a listing?
- Open the listing from Your Listings, choose Promote and pick a duration. It then appears in the Promoted Listings section.
